You will be in charge of post-sales support and coordination with our clients and team. Ideally, you should also possess superior organization and coordination abilities, added with technical acumen.

The Responsibilities

As our Post-Sales Specialist, you will be expected to drive sales in the specified post-sales solutions by targeting a combination of company’s existing customers. You will be expected to meet and exceed the agreed performance objectives.

 

(Preferred) Pre-Requisites:

  • Preferably at least 2-3 years of experience in AV/IT industry.

  • Additional 1 – 2 years’ experience in sales will be an added advantage, although training will be provided.

  • Relevant industry certifications preferred (e.g. CTS).

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Positive attitude and incredible work ethics.

  • Team player and can work independently.

  • Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients.

  • Drive to exceed expectations and targets.

  • Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations
