CASE STUDY: Immersive 360-Degree Cylinder System Transforms a Leading School in Singapore.

In a remarkable technological deployment, ESCO successfully implemented an immersive 270 to 360-degree cylinder system for a leading school in Singapore, significantly enhancing the educational experience. This ambitious project was executed in collaboration with Igloo Vision, utilizing two unique projection designs, offering an unparalleled immersive experience to students and faculty.

The "6M 360 CYLINDER TO 270 CYLINDER V2" project incorporated a state-of-the-art AV setup, featuring six high-definition (1920 x 1080) projectors with 3000 lumens each, ensuring crystal-clear visuals. Complementing this impressive visual component was a 5.1 surround sound system, designed to create a truly immersive audio-visual environment.

The project focused on two projection designs, offering versatility, and meeting the specific needs of the university's tender. The first design utilized six BenQ 617ST projectors, known for their exceptional performance and reliability. The second option featured six E Vision DP 5100 or Vivitek DU4371Z-St laser projectors, renowned for their superior image quality and robustness.

One critical aspect of the project was ensuring that the ceiling structure of the university's space could safely support the substantial load of the AV equipment. A thorough structural analysis was conducted to guarantee the strength and stability of the ceiling, providing the necessary assurance for the deployment of this advanced technology.

To complete the immersive cylinder system, a range of additional components were integrated into the setup. These included audio amplifiers, a 5.1 loudspeaker package with a subwoofer for dynamic sound, secure projection mounting, projector rings, clamps, and projector mounts, ensuring the reliability and stability of the system.

The successful deployment of the immersive 360-degree cylinder system has revolutionized educational capabilities. Students and faculty can now enjoy an environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and a deeper understanding of architectural concepts. The two-projection options offer flexibility for various applications and ensure that the university stays at the forefront of technological advancements in education.
