The Responsibilities

As our Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for creating sales order, lead-tracking, sourcing, purchasing and ensuring all shipment are delivered per schedule. 

 

The Pre-Requisites

• Preferably at least one year experience with IT, AV products.

• Prior sales support experience.

• Attention to detail and works well under pressure. 

• Proficient in Microsoft office. 

• Prior knowledge of shipping documentation will be an added advantage. 

• Positive attitude and incredible work ethics 

• Team player and can work independently.

• Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external vendors.

• Drive to exceed expectations and targets.
